Registrants must provide status confirmation (i.e. a letter signed by the Head of Department or a copy of status ID)

A resident is someone who has graduated from medical school and is completing a post-graduate training program.

  • Access to all Congress Sessions
  • Coffee Breaks
  • Access to Congress Exhibition
  • Lunch – on full congress days only
  • Opening Ceremony
  • Welcome Reception

    Accompanying persons registration fee includes entrance to the welcome Reception only 

Making payment by bank transfer please use the Invoice Number with your name as a payment reference. We kindly request that you email your payment confirmation to [email protected]  to enable us to allocate the funds correctly. Please note our payment terms are 7 days from invoice date.

*** Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer(OUR and not SHR) *** and Shortfalls will still be responsible to be paid

Cancellation must be made in writing to the Registration department: [email protected]

The percentage of the refund will be:

• Up to 90 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges.
• Up to 60 days prior to arrival - refund cancellation charge of Euro 100.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival - no refund.
*Non-payment of an issued invoice does not constitute a valid cancellation.

We are happy to offer special packages for group registration of 10 or more participants.
