E-Poster Preparation Guidelines

To prepare your presentation please use PowerPoint and then save it as a PDF file.

All e-posters should be in 16:9 ratio (Landscape)!

Format Specifications

  • PDF format
  • Landscape / Horizontal
    • Size: 1920 x 1080 px
    • Aspect ratio: 16:9
  • The name of the file must include the paper number of the poster which is included in this email (listed in the e-poster details below)
  • The whole poster must be included in ONE page 

Poster Content and Layout:

  • Posters should include a title corresponding to the title of the abstract, the abstract paper number emailed to you and the authors and their affiliations.
  • The content should match that submitted for your abstract.
  • The amount of written text should be kept to a minimum by using key words and phrases.
  • Keep the layout simple and do not overload with text.

All posters must be uploaded to the E-poster Portal.
Confirmed presenters will be sent an email with a link to the E-poster portal from the registration department.
